When can I check in?

We’ll be ready to welcome you from 4 p.m. If you plan to arrive after 8 p.m., just let us know briefly. Please check out by 10 a.m. on your day of departure.

Where do I park my car?

Free parking spaces are available directly at the hotel, or in our video-monitored underground garage with a height of 2.20 metres. Both options are free of charge.

Can I charge my electric car?

Absolutely. Parking spaces with charging stations are available in the garage. Charges will be added to your room bill.

Are children welcome?

Very much so. We love children, and little ones are an important part of Stacherhof.

Is breakfast available?

Yes. Our Stacher breakfast delights with many fresh products from the region. Simply book it when you make your reservation.

Are there gluten-free or vegan options?

Lactose-free, gluten-free, and vegan products are available for you on request. Just let us know in advance.

Can my dog come with me?

In selected apartments, yes – maximum one dog per suite. Please enquire in advance and wait for our written confirmation. The price is €40.00 per day. The wellness, garden, breakfast, and bathing pond areas are reserved for two-legged guests only. 

Is the hotel accessible?

The Edelweiss penthouse apartment and all public areas are barrier-free. You can enjoy your holiday in complete relaxation.

Do you have a wellness area?

Yes. Three different saunas, a relaxation room with panoramic roof terrace, and our swimming pond in the garden are all included in the price.

Can I rent a bike?

Bikes for adults and balance bikes for children are free of charge. E-bikes and helmets are available for a small rental fee.

Is there a restaurant in the hotel?

No – so you have complete culinary freedom! Cook in your apartment one day, and enjoy a meal at one of the excellent nearby restaurants the next. We’re happy to make a reservation for you.

Can I have a beer or a glass of wine?

We serve drinks in the hotel lobby and can bring them to your apartment or suite on request. Beer, soft drinks, and wines are also available 24/7 in the fridge.

Can I buy the ski pass in the hotel?

Yes. You can get the Zillertal Superski pass is available directly at our reception.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation is free of charge up to two months before arrival. Up to one month before arrival: 50% of the total amount is charged. Up to one week before arrival: 70%. After that: full price.

I would like to buy a voucher.

Stacherhof gift vouchers are available directly at reception. Or per e-mail at info@stacherhof-zillertal.at.

Can I come just for breakfast?

Of course. Please reserve in advance so we can find a spot for you. You can reach us by phone, WhatsApp, or e-mail.
