Our Stacherhof Signature Breakfast buffet surprises you every day with changing specials – everything homemade, everything fresh. Here’s a small selection of what might be waiting for you (we don’t want to give too much away just yet): 

• Cheesecake for breakfast (yes, really) 
• Fluffy pancakes | crispy waffles | French toast
• Chia pudding | overnight oats | granola cups | porridge, warm and creamy 
• Brownies (perfectly acceptable in the morning) | sweet or savoury breakfast bakes
• Avocado heaven: bread rolls with avocado, sheep’s cheese, and tomatoes | mini rolls with pesto and rocket | homemade spreads (ever tried Toffifee nut?)
• Raffaello energy balls for the mountains | ginger shots for the brave | fresh smoothies | our home-grown cress in a mini pan (that one’s always there)

At the coffee machine, you choose between cow’s milk and oat milk for your cappuccino. Every morning a new decision, depending on what you fancy. That’s breakfast in Zillertal.

There are four Stacherhof breakfast types. Which one are you? So we know exactly what to serve you in your accommodation with breakfast in Zillertal.

• Summit seekers: the very first to arrive in the morning. Everything is ready by 7.30 a.m. because the mountains are calling. Favourite picks are muesli, wholemeal bread, and cheese. 
• Connoisseurs: arrive around 9 a.m., choose a seat by the window, and linger. Maybe with a book – after all, that’s what holidays are for. They love freshly pressed juice, really good tea, and crispy bread with Alpine butter and jam. 
• Late risers: show up around 10 a.m., still a little sleepy. First things first: coffee. Luckily, breakfast is served until 10.30 a.m. Scrambled eggs and a second cup of coffee are essential. 
• Power couple: have breakfast together. Plan the day. Or simply enjoy cosy togetherness. They love anything that can be shared and sampled. In other words: everything at the Stacherhof breakfast.
