Cancellation Policy Update due to COVID-19
We are delighted to inform you we are reopening the Stacherhof for guests as from 29 May 2020. For all our guests from Germany, we look forward to welcoming you as soon as the Austrian border reopens 15 June 2020. Unfortunately, all bookings until our reopening had to be cancelled, however, no cancellation fees apply due to the circumstances. Please simply forward your bank details, and we will return any deposits to you.
Stress-free summer 2020 holiday planning & booking due to Stacherhof's transitional cancellation policy.
We have changed our cancellation policy to ensure safety due to issues regarding COVID-19. In case your booked holiday is not possible, cancel your holiday as short-notice as 10 days before arrival, without incurring any cancellation fees. For your convenience, you can also rebook at a later date, free of charge. This cancellation policy is applicable for all new bookings.
We recommend purchasing a travel cancellation insurance. Allowing stress free holiday planning, because unexpected circumstances are always a possibility.

Cancellation Policy
Our wellness area includes three different saunas, relaxation room with panoramic roof terrace and our natural pond in our garden. The use is included in the price.
