Finnish sauna
Regular sauna visits are the perfect way to release stress and they promote detoxification and purification of the body. The interaction of hot and cold stimulates your body and improves circulation and blood flow. In addition, your resistance is improved, your heart is stimulated and your blood pressure is influenced in a most positive way.
Room climate: Dry (infusion near the end of the warm-up phase) Encourages purification and cleanses the skin Stimulates circulation and encourages your body to strengthen its defence system Recommended length of use: 15-20 minutes (warm-up), 20-30 minutes (resting) 2-3 times each, once a week
Biosauna
Health and wellness are interdependent. If you enjoy visiting the sauna, you will be certain to achieve a desired state of relaxation and recuperation for your body and mind. This awareness influences the choice of sauna temperature. The notion that “hotter is better” is a thing of the past. A biosauna is different from a Finnish sauna in two ways. The humidity is approximately 45% higher, the temperature is approximately 60 degrees Celsius lower, making it better for the body’s circulation.
