Arrival and Departure
Your apartment is available to you from 16:00 pm on your arrival day,
until 10:00 am on the day of your departure.
Animals
There are also ponys, rabbits and guinea pigs living with us in a separated barn.
Children are welcome to help with the care and feeding of the animals.

Breakfast
Our delicious breakfast, served in the Zirbenstube, comes with a little fee.
Served from 7:30 to 10:00 am.

You can get one for free at the reception.

Bed linen
Bycicles
Rental is free. Apart from bycicles there are also balance bikes for children,
scooters and children‘s bycicles.
If you have your own bycicles with you, you can store them in our underground garage.
Brief stay
Possible on request, however if you stay less than 4 nights,
we have to charge additional 10% on the regular price.

Computer
Every apartment has an internet connection.
If you want to use it, there is a fee of 3€ for 30 minutes, 5€ for 1 hour or 10€ for 12 hours.
Credit card
We accept EC-cards.
Cancellation fee
According to the austrian hotel contract regulations.

Deposit
In case you booked a room, we have to charge a deposit of € 250.
Drinks
We offer refreshing drinks and exclusive wines from the eastern parts of austria.

You are going to be picked up right at the Stacherhof.
Hunting in the Zillertal valley
We offer the unique experience to go hunting with a professional hunter.
This guided, easy to walk, route, including chamois hunt, is an experience you shouldn’t miss.

Hiking sticks
And hiking backpacks are available for free.

Internet
Every apartment has direct internet access.
Apart from that there is also Wifi available.
You can get the login at our reception in exchange for a small fee.

Kids
Are very welcome at our apartments.
There is a specific room for children to play in.
A garden that’s over 2000m², including a playground.
Dear parents!
To make sure you don’t have to bring too much with you into your holiday,
we offer accessories for you to lend.
(buggy, crib, high chair, changing tabel, baby phone, pampers bucket, barrow, bob, toboggan)

Liability
We don’t accept liability for accidents or any sort of damage in and around our house,
as well as with guided activities, the petting zoo, playground and so on.
Parents are responsible for their children’s behaviour.

Mail, e-mail or faxes are of course being forwarded or deposited for you.
"Morgenpost" Newspaper
You can get hints about events, excursion opportunities and other info
through the „Morgenpost“ newspaper on a daily basis.

Pets
We hope you understand, that it is not possible to bring pets with you,
when staying in our apartments.
Ponys
Kids love our ponys Trixi, Heidi and Norbert.

Smoking
The Stacherhof is a non smoking house.
We ask you to respect this and use the ashtrays on the balconies or terraces.
Sauna
Winter: open daily in the evening
Summer: 1-2 times per week or when requested
Ski bus service
The ski bus takes you tot he nearby ski-regions. For free!
The stop is right around the corner.
Ski rental and ski school
Comes to your apartment. Take your time to see what fits you
and don’t worry about long queues in the store.

Visitors
Please inform us briefly if you are expecting visitors.
Feel free to reside in our common room,
however only guests of the house have entry to the apartments.

You can get vouchers for a stay in the Aparthotel Stacherhof either at the reception,

Visitor’s tax
€ 1,00 per person and day for guests from 15 years.
